My definition: Fun. Taking part, next Summer, in a 5K inflatable fun with one of my friends and my daughter.. She will be giving her healed broken ankle a test run.

No backing out, now. I booked the tickets this morning. Yay. ye, yay, y-a-a-a-a-a-y, punch the air, high five, twerk...and training has already started. Says Sargent Sagittarius ; )

Whatever I do - as a Team Sag - in life, I like to set goals. Goals are a motivator and are always a plan set for the future...it's good to look ahead, from time to time. Focal points can be near or far. I like a focal point.

Running in organised events is great. I ran, with a few members of my running club, the half marathon in 2018, St Valery-sur-mer. I like a challenge. It was harsh. Rain, estuary mud, mud banks. This next one will be more in the name of amusement and not so much putain de dur travail.

It will be hilarity. Running a 5K course with inflatable obstacles. The thought of it alone, makes me laugh. Laughter is a great healer.

I informed my daughter and sent her the electroticket. She's up for it. Three of us, together will have the most zany time.

Anything that involves laughter and a bit of crazy ticks my boxes, especially if it's a bit on the whacky side.

The more I laugh and involve myself in zany things, the happier I feel. Endorphins up, laughing is the best 'drug'. You might get yourself a lot of haters, for smiling and laughing...let those negative asses hate.....es pura celosa : )
