After deciding to decline an invitation

I spent 21 £ on new paint and brushes

"I bet you that I have spent more on paint than on food", I laughed to my friend

Paint was more essential than food, to me

I would always have been rather be short on food, than on paint

Now, I don't have to be short on either

It's funny

I don't eat a lot

Small people don't need to eat so much

Little more than 6lbs

My mother said that I was small and perfectly formed

So pretty that the doctor had proposed to adopt me, as their were difficulties

My skin was so soft

My mother stroked me for hours
